Accepted methods of payment are: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Euros, pre-payment by bank transfer.
We do not accept payments by cheque
Cancellation policy
Cancellations are accepted until 16h00 the day of arrival. After this delay or in case of No-Show one room night will be charged.
Cancellations for reservations made through the internet via a third party must be cancelled via their web site. The cancellation policy of the third party applies to the reservation.
For cancellation and return payment of pre-paid reservations a handling charge of 20.00 € is applied.
