An authentic table with gastronomic accents, respecting noble products, a passion for hunting and game – that makes the cooking of Laurent Rey so special. He is the 3rd generation chef and combines the best of tradition and modernity.

The warm and friendly, wood paneled dining room awaits you right next to the hotel for most enjoyable culinary moments at lunch or dinner.
Like the menu the decoration is changing every season with an exposition of paintings of a different artist. During summer, tables on the terrace are even more popular than the inside.

Fine dining with Gourmand Cuisine

‘2 courses’, ‘3 courses’ menus with free choice à la carte or just a main course in the evening, ‘Menu du Jour’ at lunchtime and of course a children menu are available. Laurent invites you to taste his cooking using local, seasonal products of  the highest quality:

‘Féra fish of the local lakes, façon Sushi on vegetable tartar’ or ‘Royal of autumn roots, perfumed with truffle and cannellonis of deer’.
Try an extra ordinary ‘medallion of venison haunch sauté with bilberry jelly’ followed by cheese from the simply amazing cheese trolley and finish your meal for example with a ‘Soufflé of green lemons and orange tartlet’

A family get-together, a wedding, a meeting of friends…the restaurant ‘La Clef des Champs’ also proposes outside catering. The restaurant proposes food and beverage as well as the staff for the place of your choice (within a radius of 10 km).

Half Board

As guest of the hotel you can also choose a special half-board arrangement. Let Laurent surprise you every evening with an imaginative, generous, delightful meal. Half-board is available Tuesdays to Saturdays.
Sunday evenings, Mondays and during the annual vacation of the restaurant half-board is not available.
